TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FOCUS SE. THE VEHICLE WAS EQUIPPED WITH CONTINENTAL CONTIPRO TIRES, SIZE 215/55/R16. THE DOT NUMBER WAS CNB3WBPC0913. THE CONTACT STATED THE TIRES HAD LIMITED TRACTION AND FAIL TO GRIP THE ROAD. THE TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING LIMITED CONDITIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER; HOWEVER, THE MECHANIC COULD NOT DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 6,000. UPDATED 2/11/14*CN THE CONSUMER REPLACED THE TIRES. UPDATED 02/18/14
