Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FLEX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE COULD NOT BE STARTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE POWER STEERING CONTROL MODULE AND THE FUEL PUMP RELAY MODULE FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD BE PLACED ON THE RECALL LIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 81,000.
