TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE DRIVER'S SIDE HEADREST DEPLOYED UNINTENTIONALLY. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GANLEY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (310 BROADWAY AVE, BEDFORD, OH 44146, (440) 232-2121) TO BE REPAIRED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V282000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, AIR BAGS) PRIOR TO THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 114,766.
