TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. WHEN FILLING THE FUEL TANK, THE FUEL TANK VALVE FAILED AND CAUSED FUEL TO SPILL OUT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO JSTAR MOTORS (8200 CRYSTAL DR, ANAHEIM, CA 92807, (866) 906-0586) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL TANK NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS EXPERIENCING THE SAME SYMPTOMS LISTED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 09V003000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 145,000.
