TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 RAM 1500. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE TAILGATE WOULD UNLATCH AND FALL DOWN. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE LOCAL DEALER (MILTON RUBEN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, 3508 WASHINGTON RD, AUGUSTA, GA) AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED.
