TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT SHIFT INTO GEAR. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO SAMES FORD CORPUS CHRISTI (4721 AYERS ST, CORPUS CHRISTI, TX 78415, (888) 361-7675), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V167000 (STEERING). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 92,000.
