TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ACTIVE HEADREST ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE DEPLOYED WITHOUT WARNING. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 70,000. *TT*JB
