THERE'S A FEW RECALLS ON MY 2014 DODGE JOURNEY AWD SXT THAT I'VE CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE THE PARTS AND TO CALL BACK IN A FEW MONTHS. I JUST CALLED NOW AND THEY GAVE ME THE LOOP AROUND TRANSFERRING ME TO THE FRONT THEN BACK TO SERVICE WHERE I WAS PLACED ON HOLD AND THEN IT RANG TO THE FRONT DESKS NUMBER AND I HAD TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. THIS IS AT THE DODGE DEALERSHIP IN COLORADO SPRINGS. *TR
