Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ALL WHEEL DRIVE WARNING INDICATOR FLASHED INTERMITTENTLY. WHEN THE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED, THE VEHICLE WENT INTO TWO WHEEL DRIVE AND BECAME DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED BY A DEALER TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. IN ADDITION, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DIFFICULT TO DEPRESS AND THE FRONT AND REAR WHEELS WERE UNSTABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
