Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE VEHICLE STARTED TO LOSE POWER, THE ELECTRIC LIGHTNING BOLT WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED, AND THE VEHICLE LOST ACCELERATION. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, TURNED ON THE HAZARD LIGHTS, AND DROVE HOME AT APPROXIMATELY 1 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 69,000.
