TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET CRUZE. WHILE DRIVING IN TRAFFIC, THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF AND THE STEERING SEIZED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP ON ITS OWN. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 66,000.
