Consumer Description

I HAD BOTH AIRBAG INFLATORS REPLACED. HOWEVER I RECENTLY RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION FROM DEALER SAYING THE PASSENGER BAG NEEDED DOING. I THOUGHT THIS WAS WEIRD, AND CHECKED THE HONDA RECALL SITE, AND IT SAYS "NOTHING NEEDS REPLACING". HOWEVER, TODAY I DOUBLED CHECK WITH THE DEALER, AND THEY SAID THERE WAS A "BULLETIN" ASSOCIATED WITH A POTENTIAL FAULTY INSTALLATION. I HAVE NO IDEA NOW IF THIS IS DEALER [XXX] OR A LEGIT SAFETY CONCERN. PLEASE MAKE SURE HONDA KNOWS ABOUT THIS. PARTS OF THIS DOCUMENT HAVE BEEN REDACTED TO PROTECT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
