TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET HHR. WHILE REVERSING THE VEHICLE AT LOW SPEEDS, THE STEERING WHEEL LOST POWER. THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED PER AN UNKNOWN RECALL REGARDING THE STEERING WHEEL, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS CURRENTLY WAITING TO BE TOWED TO THE DEALER THAT PERFORMED THE RECALL REPAIR, SIERRA MOTORS, LOCATED AT 18475 5TH AVE, JAMESTOWN, CA 95327, (209) 916-4332). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 111,000.
