TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA. WHILE DRIVING AND WHEN MAKING A LEFT OR RIGHT TURN, THE STEERING WHEEL MADE AN ABNORMAL CLUNKING NOISE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT CALLED BOB KING HYUNDAI AT (336) 724-2861 (LOCATED AT 1601 SILAS CREEK PKWY, WINSTON-SALEM, NC 27127) AND WAS ADVISED TO SCHEDULE A DIAGNOSTIC APPOINTMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 11679903. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 106,000.
