Consumer Description

MY STEERING WENT BAD WHERE I COULDN'T STEER - IT WAS LOCKED. I HAD THE RACK & PINION REPLACED AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN. FOUND OUT THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE STEERING PROBLEM AND LINCOLN DEALERS ARE SAYING THAT IT'S TOO LATE TO COVER BECAUSE I HAVE 86,000 MILES. I SPENT OVER 2200 TO REPAIR THIS PROBLEM. I FEEL THEY NEED TO REIMBURSE ME BECAUSE THIS WAS A RECALL! HELP!
