Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO SIGNATURE FORD LINCOLN (1960 E MAIN ST, OWOSSO, MI 48867, (800) 364-2868) FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS AN 80% LEAKAGE FROM THE OIL PAN. THERE WERE ALSO ADDITIONAL OIL LEAKS COMING FROM THE FRONT COVER. THE MANUFACTURER OFFERED ONLY A PARTIAL REFUND OF $500 FOR THE REPAIRS, BUT THE TOTAL REPAIR COST WAS OVER $1,800. THE MANUFACTURER LATER OFFERED A $700 REFUND. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 77,918.
