VEHICLE OFF AND PARKED. KEY IN IGNITION. OFF POSITION. VEHICLE STARTED ON ITS OWN WITH NO OTHER MANUAL INPUT. PREVIOUSLY HAD RECALL 17130 KEY REMINDER CHIME C/W ON 4/27/2016.
