TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE POWER STEERING STOPPED FUNCTIONING WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS FIRST STARTED. THE CONTACT HAD TO TURN OFF AND RESTART THE VEHICLE TO GET THE POWER STEERING TO UNLOCK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 51,000.
