Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS LOW SPEEDS, THE ENGINE SEIZED INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LENOIR CITY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (1206 E BROADWAY ST, LENOIR CITY, TN 37772, 865-321-8418) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND STATED IF THE DEALER COULD NOT FIND A FAILURE, THEN THEY COULD NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 3,000. *DT CONSUMER STATED OIL LEVEL WAS VERIFIED FULL BY SERVICE TECH AND CONSUMER, JEEP HAS 3200 MILES NOW IS STILL FULL OF THE FACTORY OIL AND HAS NEVER ANY ADDED OR BEEN CHANGED.
