TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FUSION HYBRID. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE, THE POWER STEERING FAILED TO OPERATE AND THE POWER STEERING FAULT INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE POWER STEERING CONTROL MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALSO CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V340000 (STEERING). THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 60,000. *TR
