TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER GAUGES DID NOT ILLUMINATE OR OPERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CENTRAL FLORIDA CHRYSLER/JEEP/DODGE (8675 COMMODITY CIR, ORLANDO, FL) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENTIRE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND NO SOLUTION WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 83,000.
