Consumer Description

I HAVE GONE MULTIPLE TIMES TO THE NISSAN SERVICE DEPARTMENT BECAUSE MY VEHICLE WILL RANDOMLY STOP SHIFTING GEARS. IT WILL BE STUCK IN 3RD GEAR AND WILL STOP ACCELERATING. MULTIPLE TIMES I HAVE BEEN ON THE HIGHWAY AND MY CAR WOULD NOT GO FASTER THAN 40MPH. I VIDEO TAPED IT AND SHOWED THE MECHANIC BUT HE SAID BECAUSE IT WASN'T DOING IT WHEN I TOOK IT THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING. MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AND OFF RANDOMLY ALSO. MY CAR IS RIGHT OUT OF THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY WITH 64000 MILES. MY DRIVER SIDE WINDOW IS ALSO HAVING PROBLEMS. THE ENGINE IS GOING OUT. WITH THE ISSUES I AM HAVING WITH ACCELERATING AND THE GEARS NOT SHIFTING I AM AFRAID TO DRIVE ON THE HIGHWAY BECAUSE I NEVER KNOW WHEN MY CAR IS NOT GOING TO ACCELERATE.
