TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE VEHICLE ROLLED AWAY INDEPENDENTLY WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AUTONATION FORD ST. PETERSBURG (2525 34TH ST. N, ST. PETERSBURG, FL) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT IT WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V471000 (POWER TRAIN). THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PARTS TO PERFORM THE REPAIR WERE UNAVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 52,504. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
