Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED AND ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A TURN, THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS SHIFTED INTO PARK AND RESTARTED. THE BATTERY AND THE CRUISE CONTROL INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 74,800.
