TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE DRIVER'S SIDE HEADREST DETACHED AND PUSHED AGAINST THE BACK OF THE DRIVER'S HEAD WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BLAISE ALEXANDER CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE (1080 E COLLEGE AVE, STATE COLLEGE, PA 16801, 814-234-4321) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROMISED TO CALL BACK; HOWEVER, THE CONTACT DID NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED.
