TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE HEADREST DEPLOYED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER?S SIDE HEADREST WAS ALSO ABOUT TO DEPLOY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DOUGLAS JEEP CHRYSLER DODGE RAM (2382 S TAMIAMI TRAIL, VENICE, FL 34293, (941) 484-8300) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CLIP WAS FRACTURED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 52,723.
