TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DART. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE INADVERTENTLY SWITCHED INTO NEUTRAL AND THE TRANSMISSION AND ENGINE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. ALSO, WHEN SHIFTING THE GEAR INTO FIRST OR SECOND, IT SWITCHED BACK TO NEUTRAL. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF. AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED, IT FAILED TO OPERATE CORRECTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE MALL OF GEORGIA CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP (4345 BUFORD DR, BUFORD, GA 30518, (888) 342-2969) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 106,312.
