Consumer Description

BLOWER MOTOR (SQUIRREL CAGE) SEPARATED FROM BLOWER MOTOR OUTPUT SHAFT WHILE VEHICLE WAS RUNNING AND STOPPED. BEGAN MAKING LOUD RATTLING NOISE. CAN SEE CRACK IN SQUIRREL CAGE THOUGH CABIN AIR FILTER ACCESS POINT IN BACK OF GLOVE BOX. NO EFFECTIVE OPERATION OF AC, HEAT, OR FRONT WINDSHIELD DEFROST. O'BRIEN TOYOTA DEALERSHIP IN INDIANAPOLIS INDIANA DECLINED REQUEST TO COVER UNDER GOODWILL WARRANTY BECAUSE IT IS 20,000 MILES OVER MILEAGE LIMIT, DESPITE BEING A PART FAILURE THAT PUTS SAFE VEHICLE OPERATION AT RISK.
