Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2017 Toyota Tacoma. The contact noticed the seat warmer had malfunctioned. The contact noticed that the amp for the wire relating to the seat warmer for the driver and passenger side had burnt out. The contact had not taken the vehicle to the dealer. The vehicle had not been officially diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and opened a case regarding the matter. The approximate failure mileage was 5,500.
