TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE DASHBOARD AND DOOR PANELS WERE CRACKING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (TATE CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE FREDERICK, 5629 BUCKEYSTOWN PIKE, FREDERICK, MD 21704, (301)-663-6126) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CARBON FIBER PANELS AND DOOR APPLIQUE PANELS WERE CRACKED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 47,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
