TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE BEING OPERATED AT A LOW SPEED, THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED A COMPLETE LOSS OF POWER. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO ARRIGO DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM WEST PALM BEACH (6500 OKEECHOBEE BLVD, WEST PALM BEACH, FL), BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 45,000.
