FORD REFUSES TO HONOR THE SAFETY RECALL 16S41, NHTSA RECALL 16V-777 AND REPAIR MY VEHICLE FOR OVER 2 1/2 YEARS. (32 MONTHS TO BE EXACT) I AM ENCLOSING THE RECALL LETTERS FORD SENT ME. I HAVE INCLUDED MY CASE # WITH FORD ATTEMPTING TO EXPEDITE THE REPAIRS FROM JAN. OF THIS YEAR.
