TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE STATIONARY, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING AND COMPLETELY LOST POWER. ON ANOTHER OCCASION, WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GWINNETT CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (5054 US-78, STONE MOUNTAIN, GA 30087) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS NO OIL IN THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,710.
