ALREADY MADE COMPLAINT ON THIS SAME [XXX] ISSUE AND IT DONE IT YESTERDAY 6 OR 7 TIMES. TURN THE WHEEL AND WILL NOT RETURN TO CENTER. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT THE WHEEL TO TRY AND KEEP CONTROL OF THE TRUCK! IT FEELS AS THOUGH YOU HAVE A FLAT TIRE AND AS FAST AS IT HAPPENS IT COMES IT STOPS DOING IT. PARTS OF THIS DOCUMENT HAVE BEEN REDACTED TO PROTECT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
