Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED TO OPERATE. ALSO, ONLY THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR WOULD LOCK AND UNLOCK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER (NIELSEN DODGE, 175 STATE RT. 10, EAST HANOVER, NJ) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIPM WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
