TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LEATHER MATERIAL COVERING DASHBOARD LOOSENED AND OBSTRUCTED THE AIRFLOW COMING FROM THE AIR VENTS CAUSING THE DEFROSTER/DEFOGGER TO NOT WORK AS DESIGNED. THE WINDSHIELD WAS NOT DEFOGGED AS DESIGNED. THE LOCAL DEALER STATE LINE CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM LOCATED AT 1491 BRAYTON POINT RD, SOMERSET, MA 02725 AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 95,000. *LN*JB*JB
