Consumer Description

RECALL T79/NHTSA 17V=V-821. I KEEP GETTING RECALL NOTICE FROM FCA. BUT I TAKE TIME OFF OF WORK TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER, WAIT ALL DAY, NOT HEAR ANYTHING, THEN FINALLY RETURN TO THE DEALER TO BE TOLD THERE IS NO REMEDY OR NO PARTS. I AM NOT WASTING ANY MORE OF MY TIME DUE TO FCA'S INCOMPETENT ENGINEERS AND DEALERS. THEY WILL NOW HAVE TO COME TO ME TO FIX THIS RECALL, ONCE THEY FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX IT.
