Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. UPON RESEARCHING THE MATTER, THE CONTACT FOUND THAT THE FUEL PUMP FUSE WAS MELTING. THE CONTACT CALLED A LOCAL DEALER (MOYER FORD SALES INC., 10111 STATE HIGHWAY 59 S, DIRECTIONS FOLEY, AL 36535, (888) 699-3441) BUT WAS UNABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 67,000.
