Consumer Description

STEERING WHEEL WILL RANDOMLY STICK WHEN TURNING RIGHT OR LEFT. WHEN THIS HAPPENS IT FEELS LIKE FLAT TIRE AND YOU HAVE TO MUSCLE THE STEERING WHEEL BACK THE OPPOSITE WAY AND THEN YOU CAN'T CONTROL THAT. JUST HAD FRONT END REBUILT AT TRI-STATE FORD IN MARYVILLE MISSOURI WHERE WE PURCHASED IT NEW AND DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. DONE IT 3 TIMES YESTERDAY APRIL 19 2018 ALMOST CAUSING US THE HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE. AT A STOP SIGN TURNING LEFT IT STUCK CAUSING US TO VEER INTO OPPOSING LANE IN FRONT OF ANOTHER VEHICLE. FOUGHT TO CORRECT THIS AND THEN IT CAUSED US TO SHOOT BACK RIGHT ONTO THE SHOULDER. WE SPENT ALMOST $1,200 DOLLARS TO FIX THIS ISSUE AND IT HAS NOT BEEN CORRECTED AND OF COURSE IT'S NOT UNDER WARRANTY 😡
