Consumer Description

IN MARCH OF 2017, KIA ISSUED A RECALL FOR THERE ENGINES IN THE OPTIMA FOR THE YEAR I OWN. WE STILL HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION FROM KIA ABOUT BRINGING OUR KIA OPTIMA IN FOR THIS RECALL. OUR VIN SHOWS THAT OUR CAR IS PART OF THIS RECALL. A YEAR LATER WE STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM KIA. OUR CAR IS NOW STARTING TO STALL WHEN WE SIT AT RED LIGHTS. WE WOULD LIKE FOR KIA TO FINALLY REACH OUT TO US TO REMEDY THIS MATTER.
