THE POWER STEERING DOES NOT ACTIVATE AT START..MUST START SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE IT WORK FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED I WAS DRIVING.I HAVE ONLY ONE HAND THIS CAUSED THE CAR TO HIT THE CURB I HAD TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED FORD SAID MY CAR WAS NOT ON THE RECALL .WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS (NOT 1500.00 FROM FORD) PLEASE HELP
