Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE FRONT BUMPER STARTED TO MELT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (DUBLIN HONDA, 6300 DUBLIN BLVD, DUBLIN, CA 94568), WHERE THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR THE BUMPER REPAIRS BUT STILL THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,661.
