TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FUEL OVERFLOWED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND A DEALER. THE DEALER (PEARSON CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE, 8250 W BROAD ST, RICHMOND, VA 23294, (804) 965-0300) STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY RECALLS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA ACTION NUMBER: RQ08005 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE MANUFACTURER ISSUED TWO FUEL SYSTEM RECALLS AND THREE FUEL SYSTEM TSBS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED NO SOLUTION. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
