Consumer Description
THE VEHICLE TOLD ME TO PULL OVER SAFELY, THEN IT SLOWED DOWN. I WAS STOPPED AT A RED LIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THREE LANES OF TRAFFIC, AND IT SHUT DOWN. IT WOULD NOT START.
