Consumer Description
I AM A NEW FORD OWNER. I BOUGHT MY USED FORD EXPLORER (VIN# [XXX]) ON 12/26/17. RIGHT NOW I AM WORRIED ABOUT MY FORD EXPLORER. MY ENTIRE FAMILY ( MY 2 KIDS, MY WIFE AND MYSELF ) HAS BEEN GETTING NAUSEOUS AND DIZZINESS LAST COUPLE WEEKS. I INSTALLED A MONOXIDE OF CARBON DETECTOR IN THE CAR AND IT DOESN'T STOP GOING OFF, IT BUZZES EVERY 60 SECONDS. OBVIOUSLY, THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. I HAD TRIED MANY TIMES TO SCHEDULE A SERVICE FOR MY CAR ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE BUT FORD DEALERS ARE NOT COOPERATING.
