TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CHEVROLET COBALT. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 113,000.
