ONE JANUARY 23, 2018, THE REAR WINDOW OF MY LEGALLY-PARKED 2011 FORD ESCAPE HYBRID LIMITED SUDDENLY SPONTANEOUSLY EXPLODED. THOUSANDS OF GLASS FRAGMENTS WENT ALL OVER, NARROWLY MISSING A HUMAN AND A DOG, BUT THERE WERE NO APPARENT INJURIES. THE CAR WAS NOT MOVING AT THE TIME, BUT WAS LEGALLY PARKED AND TOTALLY STATIONARY.
