Consumer Description
FUEL FILLER NECK FREEZES IN COLD WEATHER. HONDA REPLACED THE ENTIRE PART ONCE BUT IT DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. I CANNOT FILL UP IN COLD WEATHER BECAUSE OF THE FREEZING.
