THE MANUAL LIFT GATE WILL NOT ALWAYS OPEN. WHEN IN DRIVE OR IN PARK WHILE TURNED OFF, THERE IS A SOUND COMING FROM THE LIFT GATE LIKE IT IS TRYING TO FUNCTION.
