Consumer Description

WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE INTERSTATE WE HEAR A LOUD 'POP' WHICH SOUNDED LIKE A BALLOON POPPING THEN A CRACKLING NOISE. I LOOKED BACK AND THE ENTIRE REAR WINDOW ON THE HATCH OF OUR EDGE HAD SHATTERED. LUCKILY IT STAYED IN TACT UNTIL WE RETURNED HOME AND WHEN I SHUT A DOOR IT STARTED TO BREAK ALL OF THE WAY OPEN. WE WERE NOT TRAVELING BY ANY OTHER VEHICLE AT THE TIME THIS HAPPENED.
